Your license
When you buy a file, you can use and edit it for your own business, as many times as you like, including printing it and sharing filled-in versions with lenders, partners, clients and staff. You can't resell, share or give away the blank templates or spreadsheets, or post them online for others to download.
Not professional advice
Our templates, spreadsheets, calculators and guides are general information, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Contracts are templates; laws vary by state and city, so have a local attorney review them before you rely on them. Projections and calculator results only reflect the numbers you enter and are not a promise of any result, including financing. Permit rules change; confirm every requirement with the office that issues it.
