A catering contract written for a truck

Event details, menu and headcount, minimums, deposit schedule, final headcount deadline, cancellation tiers you set, service time and overtime, and site requirements like level parking, access, power and water. Fill in the brackets and delete what you don't need.

Festival and venue terms in writing

The event vendor agreement covers flat fees, percent-of-sales fees and how sales get reported, exclusivity, setup and teardown, utilities, which side holds which permit, and what happens if either side cancels or doesn't show.

The commissary paperwork

A commissary agreement covering access hours, cold and dry storage, water fill, grey water and grease, cleaning duties and fees, plus a one-page verification letter, which some health departments ask for. Check what yours requires.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. The Word files are fully editable. Replace the header text with your logo and truck name.

Does the invoice calculate tax?

The Excel invoice has a tax rate cell and a taxable column for each line, then works out the deposit and balance due. Tax rules on service fees vary by state, so check yours.

Can I get a refund?

These are digital downloads, so sales are final once the files are downloaded. If a file will not open or does not match this description, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
