Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. Once you've downloaded the files, the sale is final, because files can't be returned.

When we refund

Email hello@foodtruckstarter.com with your order number within 30 days and we will fix the problem or refund you in full if:

• a file won't open or is damaged,
• a file doesn't match the description on its product page,
• you were charged twice for the same order, or
• you bought a single product and then the bundle that includes it within 7 days (we refund the single product).

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Square, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

Before you buy

Each product page lists what's inside, the formats and page or tab counts, with preview images of real pages. The calculators and state guides are free so you can see how we work before you spend anything.
