Privacy policy

Food Truck Starter is run by Veridian Ventures LLC. This page explains what we collect when you use foodtruckstarter.com and why.

Calculators

The startup cost and menu pricing calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us. If you copy a link to your budget, the numbers are stored in that link, so only share it with people you want to see them.

Orders and payments

Payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card number. Square shares the order with us, including what you bought and the email you entered, so we can deliver your files, email you the download link and help if something goes wrong. Square's own privacy policy covers what Square does with your information.

We don't keep a separate customer database. To give you fresh download links, we look your order up in Square using the order number and email you give us.

Email

After a purchase we send one email with your download link. We don't add you to a mailing list or sell your email address.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies to track you across sites.

We also use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found us. Google Analytics sets cookies and sends usage data to Google; see how Google uses this data. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

Your choices

Email hello@foodtruckstarter.com to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted, where we're not required to keep it for tax or accounting records.
